چکیده

Modern immediate titanium implants have two major drawbacks which are the black metal appearance that might be seen through mucosa and gap between implant extraction socket. Immediate anatomical zirconia were introduced to match shape of extracted root fill socket without gaps while still providing better metal-free appearance. Aim: This study aims investigate success survival rates implants. Methods: prospective interventional was held 2017 2020 in faculty dental medicine, Damascus University, Syria. The sample consisted 27 21 patients from both genders. Implants designed manufactured starting CBCT image prior extraction. Specialized software applications used modify design. went different processing procedures make them ready for insertion immediately after tooth Restorations made a minimum period 3 months, clinical radiographic follow ups performed 10 - 13.5 months restoring order evaluate their success/ survival. Repeated measures ANOVA assess marginal bone loss, t test probing depth assessment. Results: showed (n=17) 63% total cases, satisfactory (n=3) 11.1%, compromised (n=2) 7.4% they failed (n=5) 18.5%. Conclusions: had low success/survival when compared conventional Therefore, cannot considered as predictable alternative current form.
